Dr. Arda Ekmekji, dean of Arts and Sciences at Haigazian University who was an appointed member of the Commission on Electoral Law headed by Fouad Boutros, was lately appointed as one of the 10 members of a committee in charge of monitoring next year's parliamentary elections in Lebanon.
