The Armiss Choir performing Hoy Im Nazani Yare (Armenian folk song arranged by T. Altounian and words by Hrachia Hovhannessian) during its Spring Concert in the First Armenian Evangelical Church on March 28, 2010. The choir is conducted by Garo Avessian and accompanied by pianist Mathilde-Sandra Cholakian. The choir also performed selections from the opera Anoush by Armen Tigranian (1879-1950). The Armiss Choir belongs to the Union of Armenian Evangelical Churches in the Near East (UAECNE) and its concerts are organized by the Armiss Cultural Committee.
